I’m a 4th-year PhD student in Computer Science at the University of Colorado Boulder.
My work focuses on developing analytical methods for integrating large-scale multimodal data to solve problems in public health, precision medicine, and drug development. My current research focuses on:
Translational Trajectories: My work examines how disease-associated genes progress through the biomedical pipeline, from discovery to clinical application, across diverse populations. By quantifying translational movement, I reveal mechanisms that shape drug development and patient care, and identify opportunities for more equitable innovation.
Multimodal Integration: I combine genomic, bibliometric, pharmacogenomic, and clinical trial data to build data-driven frameworks for studying population-specific disparities. This integrative approach allows me to forecast long-term consequences of neglect, prioritize understudied genes for clinical relevance, and provide actionable insights to improve public health and biomedical equity.
I am a member of the Science of Science and Computational Discovery Lab , advised by Prof. Daniel Acuña.
